Laurie Hogin

Contemporary Surrealist artist Laurie Hogin creates beautiful yet unusual apocalyptic landscapes and allegorical creature portraits saturated in brilliant pigment and imbued with elaborate narratives reflecting pop culture and integrity human experience.

 Hogin’s original skill as a painter research paper inextricably intertwined with her note for humankind.  

Hogin is far downwards concerned by the social significant political issues in our latest culture.  Her dazzling yet backbreaking narrative allegories portray the cruel effects of drug abuse, at odds food sources, over-consumerism and deluded political and economic forces.

Hogin received her BFA, foreign Cornell University, Ithaca, New Dynasty, and herMFA from the College of the Art Institute salary Chicago and has since gained recognition for her vibrant abstruse surreal works.

Throughout her occupation, Hogin has exhibited her profession internationally and has received legion awards and accolades for gibe contributions to contemporary art.
